My work is my passion.
I’m a Chartered PR Practitioner with a degree in Media and Communications, a diploma in Marketing, and experience in both the public and voluntary sectors. My strategic approach ensures every project delivers impact.
Alongside my role as Vice-Chair of the CIPR South West Committee, I run the Gloucestershire Communications Network, bringing together PR and marketing professionals to drive positive change. EH Communications is my passion project—helping businesses and organisations communicate more effectively.
It's all about balance.
Work/life balance is really important to me so when I'm not working, you will find me out on a muddy dog walk with my Springer Spaniels, spending quality time with family and friends or pumping iron at the gym.
